They used the technology which is simply known as the intranet. The intranet is basically a connection in the web just like the internet which lets people communicate with each other. The consumers and customers should be conversed and talked to because they are the ones who will purchase and use the goods. The people from corporations should communicate and be in touch with the consumers because they will also know the things that the consumers really want to have and what they expect to get from the goods that they are purchasing. That is why through good times and bad times people from corporations should always communicate internally and externally, to their employees and especially the consumers.
