Categorical Imperative:
Strength: It is the duty of stronger or much advanced countries to help and allow much less advanced countries to make the world a much better place.
Weakness: It is the duty of the less advanced countries to patent troll for them to improve their own country.
Hedonism:
Strength: The less advanced countries can improve their way of living through patent trolling as long as they are extracting happiness from it.
Weakness: The much advanced countries are losing patents because some less advanced countries are taking advantage from it.
Utilitarianism:
Strength: Majority of less advanced countries would copy from much advanced countries.
Weakness: Advanced countries would lose a lot of patents from other less advanced countries.
